Comments: Can the VFW assist with this problem? I do not know where else to go. There is a dishonored American flag atop a pole outside a business at 1301 E. Orangewood in Anaheim. The flag is torn and faded. When the wind blows, the flag tangles in the trees. I noticed the flag on Flag Day (June 14). I called the company on that day, and twice since - asking that the flag be removed. My requests have been unheeded. The company is Colliers International, and the phone is (949) 724-5500, and the representative's name is Matt Didier. I know this is not a 'life or death' situation, but my son is in the Navy. He's been to the Gulf four times. My brother in law was a Navy Chief and was killed at the Pentagon on 9/11. It bothers me to see the flag my family fought to protect treated in this shabby manner. What can be done?
Admin reply: DJ,
